Location and Services
William Lauzon Photography (hereafter the “Photographer”) will conduct a 15-minute long portrait photo shoot (hereafter the “session”) with the Client. The session will take place on the third floor of Goodes Hall (143 Union St W, Kingston, ON K7L 2P3), above the south end of the BMO Atrium.
NOTE: Based on the status of COVID-19 restrictions, the session may need to take place outdoors. In such case, the outdoor session will take place at the South side of Goodes Hall, outside of Starbucks.
Image Selection, Payment, and Delivery
The Client agrees to pay the Photographer a non-refundable $10 session fee, due at the start of the session.
The Photographer will post all unretouched images from the session to an online gallery, within three days after the session. The images will be watermarked. The Client may then select the images that they would like the Photographer to retouch, and notify the Photographer when they have done so. The Client agrees to pay the Photographer $10 for each retouched image (on top of the $10 fee for the session). Any images not selected by the Client will be deleted. If the client fails to select any images within 90 days or by May 15th, 2022 (whichever comes earlier), all images will be deleted.
The Photographer agrees to retouch and remove watermarks from the selected images. All retouched images will be delivered via digital download, within one week of receiving payment for those images from the Client.
Payments may be conducted using credit, debit, or Interac e-Transfer (williamlauzon@icloud.com).
Copyrights and Image Release
The Photographer will remain the copyright owner for all of the images. The Client will be given unlimited usage rights of the retouched images, but may not retain or use the unretouched images for any purpose.
The Photographer reserves the right to post all of the images publicly on the Internet or in print form. The Photographer may use the images on his own website, social media, or otherwise for promotional purposes.
